Installation of performance parts requires a good mechanical ability and a complete understanding of the entire machine. The instructions we provide are guidelines only, and will not thoroughly explain how to set up a racing or performance vehicle. Claims of performance gains, durability, etc. are based on the experience of Black Magic Powersports and others, and do not constitute a guarantee of similar performance in every application. We believe the contents and specifications of this website to be correct. We assume no liability of any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. We reserve the right to change specification, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without notice.
ORDERING: You may order through our internet store, phone or fax your order in. If phoning order in, have the part number readily available and call our toll-free order line (800)345-9543. This number is for ORDERS ONLY. (Please direct any questions about products, part numbers, assistance, technical advice, shipping information or returns to our customer service line @ (218)681-1150.) To fax your orders, call (800)224-1038. Remember to include your name, complete shipping and mailing address (NO P.O. BOXES PLEASE), shipping method, phone number, and payment method. For our Canadian/Overseas customers, this requires a credit card number with expiration date. Any "add-on" orders will be treated as a new order. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the shipping address when placing an order.
BACKORDERS/CANCELLATIONS: We ship all backorders. Refused/not accepted backorder shipments are subject to our refused/not accepted terms. It is your responsibility to cancel an order if you wish to do so. Please call customer service and ask for cancellations. Your will be given a cancellation number at that time and you must have this number should any discrepancies arise.
PAYMENT: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal are welcome. Please have your card number and expiration date ready when placing your order. Credit card purchases are subject to credit limit pre-authorization. Orders placed within the U.S. may be shipped C.O.D. by certified check or money order only. Personal checks are not accepted. All purchases are to be paid in U.S. funds only. No exceptions.
SHORTAGES: Must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Please inspect all deliveries and pickups when received.
AUTHORIZED DEALERS: To become a Black Magic dealer, please contact us for a dealer application, (218)681-1150. Only legitimate dealers with approved applications on file at the time of the order will receive dealer pricing. Franchise dealers will be required to include their franchise number. Black Magic will, at its own discretion, distinguish dealer status and distribute dealer prices accordingly, and all accounts are reviewed annually.
RETURNS: Black Magic Powersports will not accept any returned goods without prior authorization. NO RETURNS GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE OVER 14 DAYS FROM DATE ON INVOICE. All returns must be in new condition. We will not accept any opened package, used or installed items. We will examine the product upon arrival, and may reject any return at our discretion. Electrical items or special orders cannot be returned under any circumstance. No returns on non-cataloged parts. All returned items are subject to a 25% restock fee. Return the product to Black Magic Powersports with the following information included: Copy of invoice, name, address, phone number, email address, RA number (written on the outside of the box too) and a brief letter of explanation. Returns without this information will be delayed. Customer may do an exchange, receive store credit, or may request a refund. (Refund will be by the same method of payment only). Freight, both ways, is the responsibility of the customer and no credit will be given on the freight. Sorry, no returns are allowed on electrical items, special orders, or printed materials. This would include, but not be limited to, the following: EFI chips, Digatron Gauges, EGT gauges, Nexus Scales, books, videos and shop work.
WARRANTY RETURNS: All warranty returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit. Black Magic reserves the right to repair or replace damaged or defective items. Installing and tuning performance parts requires a certain level of technical and mechanical ability. We assume no responsibility for products which are incorrectly installed or tuned, nor for any parts these may affect.
REFUSED/NOT ACCEPTED COD'S OR CREDIT CARD ORDERS: A $25.00 restocking fee plus freight will be charged to your account if you change your mind and refuse or don't accept a shipment. No orders will be shipped to customers with an outstanding balance due to a refused shipment.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Must be reported to the shipping company upon receipt by the receiving party. Once the package leaves Black Magic, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company.
SALES TAX: All Minnesota residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax on all taxable purchases. Businesses MUST have a Sales Tax Exempt Certificate on file in order to not be charged this tax.
SHIPPING TO BLACK MAGIC: When shipping items to Black Magic for modifications, make sure you include your name, complete return shipping address, telephone number, year, make and model of sled, method of payment and services desired. It is highly recommended that you insure your package. Black Magic will not be held responsible for items damaged due to improper transit or packaging. Any and all such claims must be made by the shipper with your respective carrier.
PRICING: All efforts will be made to keep our pricing the same as printed, but should material costs rise, all prices are subject to change without notice.
DISCLAIMER OF ALL WARRANTIES: Due to the nature of our products and the services that we offer, all products set forth and presented for sale by Black Magic Powersports in this website are SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BLACK MAGIC POWERSPORTS is not responsible for damages of any nature, whether arising from contract or tort, including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, and incidental damages. All purchases of products set forth and presented for sale by BLACK MAGIC POWERSPORTS in this website, and the "DISCLAIMER OF ALL WARRANTIES" provision, are to be controlled, governed, and interpreted under the laws of the state of Minnesota.
FREIGHT CHARGES: In order to process all orders efficiently, we have implemented the use of a freight chart. These charges are based on areas serviced by Fed-Ex GROUND. If Fed-Ex GROUND service is not available in your area, the actual shipping charge will apply. We will gladly accommodate any expedited shipping requirements such as NEXT DAY AIR, 2-DAY, 3-DAY, SATURDAY, etc. Please phone your order in prior to 1:00PM C.S.T., Monday through Friday, and your order will be shipped that day, based on availability. All expedited orders will be charged $10 per order to accommodate the special handling required in addition to the expedited actual carrier charges.
